Voraussetzungen für einen GWÖ-AccountDu kannst einen GWÖ-Account bekommen beantragen, wenn die beiden folgenden folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind:
Account beantragen Bitte fülle das untere Antragsformular aus. Bei Fragen oder Problemen bitte an IT-Support schreiben. Nach Antragseingang wird durch das IT-Support-Team überprüft, ob eine aktivierte Mitgliedschaft der beantragenden Person oder die Voraussetzungen für den Account für ein Mitgliedsunternehmen vorliegen. Wie geht es weiter?
Nach Antragseingang prüft das IT-Support-Team, ob die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und erstellt dann umgehend den Account wird oder du bekommst eine Nachricht wegen einer nicht erfüllten Voraussetzung.
Du erhältst (in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage) eine E-Mail (an Deine private Adresse) mit
- der Anleitung zur Aktivierung Deines GWÖ-Accounts durch die Vergabe eines individuellen Passwortes
- weiteren Einstiegs-Informationen
Warum bekomme ich keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail?
Nachrichten - besonders, wenn sie mehrfach verschickt wurden - können im SPAM-Filter landen.
Bitte die dort gesammelten Mails überprüfen und ggf. die Einstufung einer Mail (auf "kein Junk" oder "kein Bulk") zu korrigieren.
Manueller Prozess
:Den früheren "manuellen Prozess" zur Account-Beantragung bieten wir nicht mehr an, da er uns zu Arbeitsarbeits-aufwändig ist und 2021 nicht mehr zur Anwendung kamund mit dem inzwischen etablierten und verbesserten Online-Prozess nicht mehr notwendig ist.

The membership should exist
|
must be a natural person
(we do not set up
accounts for businesses or organisations as such). Thus for a company or organisation the account will be set up for
one or more of their contact persons.
The person applying for the account does not have to be a member of an ECG association.
If the contact person leaves the company/organisation, the account would be
- either transferred to a personal membership account
- or is discontinued
1) Apply via Online-Form
A new online application form is now available in English (and German). Other languages are in the works. Thanks for your patience!
You can use the form if the following conditionss are met:
- there must be exactly one unique entry for you in the international federations member administration system SmartWe
- your database entry has to contain the same date of birth you fill into the webform "Ecg_account-request". The database entry may be checked and edited by the membership administration of your ECG organzation unit
The IT support team will check your application regarding membership in a legal association and your activity in the movement. You will receive a notification of the sucessful account setup or we will tell you additional requirements.
The sending of the form (see next chapter) fails?
Please note, that there are no exceptions from this rule - also not for Employees of ECG associations
Important: Most associations do offer a reduced membership fee.

- be listed in our membership database SmartWe with exactly one unique entry of your name and birthdate
- if you are not yet listed in our SmartWe database, please sign up here as a supporter. This is not the same as signing up as a member. It only ensures that you are entered in our database.

2) The former "manual process"
we stopped the application of the former manual process which required much more work for the IT support team!What happens next?
The IT support team will check your application regarding membership in a legal association and your activity in the movement. You will receive a notification of the sucessful account setup or about additional requirements.
Within a few days you should receive a mail (to your private mail address) with informations, how to activate your account.
Why do i not receive the confirmation mail?
It might have considered as SPAM (or junk or bulk) by your mail-provider.
So please check your according SPAM folder and eventually correct the classification accordingly.
