In order to receive an ECG Account you have to:

  • be a member of an ECG legal body (association) (read more here)
  • contribute actively to the movement (read more here)
  • be a natural person. Accounts are not given to organizations or companies

Read and sign the ECG Privacy Agreement

Print, sign and scan the document. Please save it as a PDF file.

4Sign up as a supporterIf you have not previously done so, please sign up as a supporter on our web page. Please select "I want to continue without an account".
5Send the requested information to your Local Chapter or Hub Coordinator
Please include the following information:
  1. Name of the ECG
Send an email to the coordinator of your
  1. Local Chapter or Hub
containing the following information:
  1. you belong to
  2. Signed the signed Privacy Agreement
  3. your Your private email address
  4. proof Proof of your membership of in an ECG Associationassociation/legal body

(warning) If you are the coordinator of the local chapter or hub a Local Chapter or Hub yourself, please send the information to International Reception (for local chaptersLocal Chapters), or Pedro Olazabal (for Hubs)

5The coordinator will check all prerequisites

If you have not previously done so, please sign up as a supporter on our web page. Please select "I want to continue without an account".

6The coordinator will apply for your ECG Account

The coordinator sends the following above listed information to account-administration@ecogood.org:

  • Name of the ECG local chapter or hub you belong to

  • Your signed privacy agreement
  • Your private email address
    • Proof of your membership in an ECG association

    Activate your ECG Account

    Within a few days you should receive the following:

    1. instructions on how to activate your ECG Account
    2. further onboarding information

    (warning) Please activate your account as soon as possible, otherwise the temporary password will expire.

    (warning) Also If you can't find the email, please check your spam - folder for the corresponding e-mail.

    (warning) If you require support for the initial login or any other activity, please contact your coordinator.

    8Confirm the activation

    Please send an email confirming your account activation account-administration@ecogood.org and to your coordinator.

    Exceptions

    In certain cases an ECG account can also be provided to individuals who are not yet members of an ECG association (legal body)
    (for example ECG staff or members of partner organizations)    .

    Such cases must be approved by Pedro Olazabal  or Gus Hagelberg .
