Wer kann bestellen?

Alle, die für die GWÖ werben wollen: Einzelne, Regionalgruppen, (Zweig-) Vereine und AKs. Wegen der Versandpauschale von mindestens 15,- € empfehlen wir, Bestellungen regional zusammenzufassen. Vielleicht könnt Ihr auch GWÖ-nahe Unternehmen dafür gewinnen, für Eure Gruppe zu bestellen: Sie können sich die Umsatzsteuer mittels Vorsteuerabzug zurückholen und von GWÖ-Vereinen eine Spendenquittung für diese Sachspende erhalten.

Wie können wir das finanzieren?

Viele Gruppen greifen auf private Spender*innen, GWÖ-nahe Sponsor*innen oder staatliche Fördergelder zurück. Bei Kommunen könnt Ihr nach Fördermöglichkeiten für Nachhaltigkeit, Ehrenamtliches Engagement oder Wirtschaftsförderung fragen. GWÖ-Vereine können dafür Spendenquittungen ausstellen.

Wofür zahlen wir eine Versandpauschale?

Lieferungen zu kommissionieren, verpacken und versenden ist kostspielig. Bei Online-Händler*innen werden die Versandkosten im Kaufpreis verborgen - wir stellen die Kosten transparent dar: 15 € kostet eine durchschnittliche Zusammenstellung unserer Lieferung (bis zu 10 kg in Deutschland, ins europäische Ausland und schwere Lieferungen werden teurer).

Wann überweisen wir?

Geduld, wir schicken Euch eine Rechnung und bitten Euch, sie zeitnah zu überweisen.

Wann erhalten wir die Infomaterialien?

Wir haben aus vergangenen Verzögerungen gelernt und sagen zu, dass Ihr bis Mitte September 2020 die Produkte erhaltet.

Wer steht hinter dem „Gemeinsamen Einkauf“?

Die Projektgruppe „Gemeinsamer Einkauf“ besteht aus Bendix Balke (Überregionaler Energiefeldkoordinator für Nord- und Ostdeutschland), Tobias Daur (Koordinator RG Münsterland) und seit 2020 aus Bernhard Sirl (Koordinator RG Regensburg und Beirat DE). Wir arbeiten ehrenamtlich für den „Gemeinsamen Einkauf“, in enger Abstimmung mit dem internationalen AK Kommunikation, aber ohne Gelder der GWÖ-Bewegung. Die Logistik übernimmt Bernhard Sirls Unternehmen „Sysgrade“, damit umsatzsteuerpflichtige Unternehmen und Organisationen die Umsatzsteuer sparen können.

Who can order?

Everyone who wants to advertise for ECG: Individuals, local chapters, (branch) associations and hubs. Because of the dispatch lump sum we recommend to summarize orders regionally. Perhaps you can win also ECG near enterprises for it to order for your group: You can get back the value added tax by means of input tax deduction and receive a donation receipt for this donation in kind from ECG associations.

How can we finance this?

Many groups make use of private donors, ECG-related sponsors or state subsidies. You can ask local authorities. ECG associations can issue receipts for donations.

Why do we not yet know what we will pay in the end?

Our pricing depends on the quantities ordered. If many order, all receive higher discounts. Our goal is: To be as ECG-oriented and as inexpensive as possible, without putting pressure on the supplier inside. If few order this product, we will not exceed the maximum price - otherwise we would contact you.

What do we pay a shipping fee for?

Picking, packing and shipping deliveries is expensive. For online retailers normally the shipping costs are hidden in the purchase price - we present the costs transparently: 15 € costs an average compilation of our delivery up to 10 kg in Germany, to other countries and heavy deliveries become more expensive (please ask) . This year, we have commissioned a company close to ECG with the shipping.

When do we

get the final price and when do we transfer?

PatienceAs soon as we have tendered the orders after receipt of the orders and decided on the best suppliers according to the ECG criteria, we will send you an invoice and ask you to transfer it promptly. We find it unfair to have suppliers wait for their payment.

When will we receive the information material?

We have learned from the delays in 2018 and expect to receive the information by the end of September to mid-OctoberSeptember.

Who is behind "Joint Purchasing"?

The project group "Joint Purchasing" consists of Bendix Balke (Supraregional LC Coordinator North-Germany) and Tobias Daur (LC Coordinator DE-Münsterland) and since 2020 Bernhard Sirl (coordinator LC DE-Regensburg and advisory board DE). We work voluntarily for the "Joint Purchasing", in close coordination with the international Communication Hub, but without funds from of the ECG movement. You will receive the invoice from Tobias DaurThe logistics are taken over by Bernhard Sirl's company "landsSysgrade", so that companies and organisations subject to turnover tax VAT can save VAT.
