Prerequisites
In order to receive an ECG Account you have to:
- be a member of an ECG legal body (association) (see ecogood.org/en/get-involved/membership)
- contribute actively to the movement (see ecogood.org/en/get-involved/become-active-contributor)
Please note, that ECG-Accounts are only given to natural persons.
If you have eg. one membership with you company and another one as a private person, then only the latter can get an ECG-Account.

Please note: All documents have to be complete and readable. Otherwise, due to limited ressources, we cannot process your request.

| 4 | Contact your coordinator | Send an email to the coordinator of your local chapter or hub containing

| 5 | The coordinator will check all prerequisites | The coordinator will check all prerequisites and also if your Backoffice-record is available. Just if your data cannot be found in our database the coordinator will guide you through the "Become a supporter" process on our Website (you do NOT have to select "I want to create an user account"!) |

| 8 | Confirm the activation | Send a confirmation email to Account-Administration and to your coordinator. This enables you to use our IT services, e.g. login to this wiki. |
Exceptions
In certain cases an ECG account can also be provided to individuals who are not yet members of an ECG legal body
(e.g. ECG activists living in countries where an ECG legal body does not yet exist, employees, people at partner organizations) .
