This page shall help you with all kinds of login issues in the various ECG-tools.
We currently have 3 different types of accounts in the ECG. To reduce confusion see the overview here

The most important account for all our active members.
| ... is or our "customers" (supporter, donators and members) so view or edit their user data: | ... for our Website-editors to login on ecogood.org, to work on our homepage. The login is same as for ECG-Login. The user name is (like the ECG-Account) firstName.familyName, but do not mix them up - it has a different password. |
Problems in E-Mail-Programm Zimbra may have various causes:
Some mail accounts require (for security reasons) to set a new password after some months.

In a local Mail-Client (like Thunderbird, Outlook ...) these issues can occur:
If you can not login,
→ try to login in Zimbra (see above)
(Can look different per Mail-Client and type of problem)
Normally the reason is, that a service account's password is expired.
In this case see Das Passwort eines Service-Postfaches ändern.
Sympa is using the same username and password as Zimbra (see above).
You see a message "Please enter a Temporary Password to log in"?
The reason is, that you are no logged in (anymore), but you try to access SpreedMe directly (using URL https://datacloud.ecogood.org/index.php/apps/spreedme/).
Then simply click on "Go to Nextcloud", then you get your login screen:
