The ECG movement has an extensive support network for Local Chapters. Each Local Chapter has its own coordinators. Beyond that we have Regional Local Chapter Coordinators who answer questions and support the Local Chapter Coordinators. In addition, the ECG Community Manager and International Reception (international@ecogood.org) coordinate Local Chapter support internationally.

Local Chapter Coordinators

Each ECG Local Chapters has two coordinators, who are chosen by chapter members and should maintain this role for at least one year.

Wozu?

• Schaffung einer verlässlichen Basis für alle GWÖ-Aktivitäten in der Region
• Förderung von Synergien und Kooperationen, Vermeidung von Redundanzen

Common tasks include:

• Fokus auf wirksame Aktivitäten mit Reichweite (siehe Aktivitäten & Beispiele)
• im Hintergrund Aufbau und Entwicklung des Energiefelds (siehe Aufbau & Entwicklung)
• Organisation der internen Treffen
• Herbeiführung von gemeinsamen Entscheidungen
• Kommunikation mit der überregionalen und internationalen Energiefeld-Koordination  
• Formale Integration von neuen Aktiven
• rechtzeitige Organisation eines/einer Nachfolger*in

While carrying out these tasks, coordinators are asked to abide by the ECG Code of Conduct.

Regional Local Chapter Coordinators

We have created a network of Regional Local Chapter Coordinators for regions across the globe with ECG activities. They support Local Chapters in their respective regions (for example Bavaria, Germany, Austria or South America) and serve as a link to ECG regional associations (legal bodies).

Regional Local Chapter Coordinators carry out the task for at least one year, at the end of which they find a successor and and pass on the necessary knowledge.

Common tasks include:

• support and networking of local chapters in a given geographical area
• Linking of the local chapters with their responsible association and with hubs
• Support for regional local chapter coordinators (for enquiries)
• regular contact with the RG coordinators
• Supporting International Reception in the foundation of new local chapters
• Regular personal contact with the active participants (by telephone when the occasion arises, in exceptional cases visits on site)
• Regular contact with the regional local chapter coordinators (at least 3 meetings per year - in person or via Skype)
• Regular contact with the other supraregional local chapter coordinators and the ICT (goal: meeting 3x per year via Skype, 1x per year participation in a personal meeting during the ECG summer week)
• Promotion of the flow of information between local chapters and the rest of the movement
• digital networking > promoting the exchange of examples, experiences etc. via internal platforms (Wiki, OwnCloud)

• Onboarding von Aktiven in Energiefelder

• Organisation und Koordination einer überregionalen Energiefeld-Koordination (als Zwischenebene, in Kooperation mit den zuständigen GWÖ-Vereinen)

• inhaltliche Verantwortung für die Bereiche „Community“ und „Aktiv werden“ auf der GWÖ-Website

• konzeptionelle und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Energiefelder auf Basis der Rückmeldungen aus der Bewegung

• Vertretung der Energiefeld-Perspektive im Internationalen Koordinationsteam
